Live Music with Emmaline

Date: Aug 22, 2018 6:00 PM

Twenty year old Jazz-Soul vocalist, violinist and songwriter Emmaline has been immersed in music since the young age of four, when she began taking private violin lessons. Though Campbell’s musical roots are in violin performance, she recalls spending most of her free time as a young girl singing, songwriting and forming her own local bands

Emmaline and her four-piece Jazz-Soul band (co-founded by Ryan Mondak) have performed at highly acclaimed venues such as The Steppenwolf Theatre (Chicago,) The Woodward Theatre (Cincinnati,) Panama City Jazz Society (Hosted by Steve Gilmore) and many other well known music venues in the United States. After only two weeks of pre-selling tickets to her band’s debut show in NYC at Rockwood Music Hall, Emmaline sold out Rockwood’s “Stage Three” and due to popular demand was asked by the venue move up to Rockwood Music Hall’s largest stage. All members of the band are current students and/or graduates of world famous music conservatories such as Berklee and University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music (CCM.) Emmaline and her band incorporate elements of classic jazz harmony and modern neo-soul grooves to create a soulful vibe that is unlike any other sound being created in the 21st century.
